8U and below will have 1:20 pool and bracket play games. Championships games will have 1:45 minute time limit.
9U and above will have 1:40 minute pool and bracket play games. Championships games will have a 2 hour time limit.
Pool play can end in a tie. Bracket play will use modified California tie breaker (bases loaded 1 out).

SEEDING PROCEDURE:
1. Win-Loss record in pool play 2. Head to head between tied teams
(If more than 2 teams are tied head to head is thrown out.) go to #3
